This 6-hour program is designed to equip nannies, maids or caregiver on child injury prevention and pediatric first aid for those who take care of and look after young kids on regular basis, this course is absolutely essential. House helpers will get training on Emergency Paediatric Response and First Aid for Infants and Children, measures to make them ready to save a life in case of life-threatening events.

Medically qualified international trainers will conduct the class tailored to the specific roles, responsibilities and training objectives of each participant. By the end of the course, participants will receive an international certificate with pocket id card valid for 3 years.

• How to prepare your home in case of emergency
• Cultural & behavioural factors & Making positive changes
• Preparing for a real emergency
• Assessing the infant/child
• CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation)
• Safe Use of Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
• Recovery position
• Choking
• Drowning

 
First Aid for infants and children review

• Burns & Scalds, Bites & Stings, Wounds & Bleeding, Shock, Febrile Seizure, Eye & Head injury, Fractures, Poisoning, Heat Exhaustion, Electric Shock
• Internationally Licensed Instructors/Assessors
• Highfield (HABC) Accredited Training Centre & Tutors
• Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Service (DCAS) Accredited Centre and Tutors
• Practical Based Application training
• Certificate: valid for 3 years with pocket ID – internationally recognised (FOR NANNIES) (It will be issued Minimum two weeks of the training after successful completion of the course.)
