The secret to making professional sounding recordings isn't much of a secret. It's all about understanding the fundamentals of sound and recording. This course is designed to teach beginners about audio production using a combination of video, written text, and slides. This course is also a great review for advanced students.

Throughout this course you will learn about the basic principles of sound. We will cover the proper terminologies that professional engineers use in a recording session. You will learn about the different types of microphones in a studio plus basic and more advanced miking techniques.
