It is critical that leaders learn to lead with emotional intelligence so that they can produce results that are conducive to the organisational goals.

This course will help you become a more effective leader – one who is equally good at managing your own emotions, as well as the emotions of others, in order to understand and lead your team towards positive outcomes.

Target Audience:

This course is suitable for inpiduals who are aspiring to be supervisor or who are in supervisory position, with responsibility for the operation and performance of a team. It is also useful for people in small businesses or the self-employed.
