An engaging seminar which contains an overview of the latest developments on the labour law front - including updates on Employment Equity, Skills Development and B-BBEE.
 
Some of the most interesting CCMA and Labour Court decisions are reviewed and its impact on the workplace highlighted.

This programme provides Bargaining Councils an extensive overview of various cases heard at the CCMA, Labour Courts and Labour Appeal Courts and has proven to be extremely useful for executives and managers to gain a better
understanding of how legislative changes and case law
impacts on their own ;
 
This programme is presented twice a year as a public
seminar but is also available as in-company presentations with sector specific focus.
