Why AttendThe accounting and finance policies and procedures provide the best tool for implementing an effective internal control model in the organization. It set the standards when dealing with accounting and finance matters and set the controls that will govern the accounting and finance functions. It sets the authorities and limits of the decision makers. In addition, it provides the timely preparation of financial reports and audit trials for compliance with authorities.
Workshop Methodology
Subject matter expert will explain how to write policies and procedures and what to include in them. Examples will be shown and participants will be asked and assisted to write policies and procedures covering key financial and accounting functions.
