This is a CIPD Associate level course which you will study over a period of 6-8 months. It offers the perfect platform to further develop your HR knowledge and behaviours to operate at a more managerial level within the organisation. As well as providing you with deeper insights into how HR can add value, you will develop your critical thinking and behaviours to aid you becoming a credible role model. The qualification will give you a broader perspective of the organisational issues facing people professionals and enable you to develop effective analytical and problem solving skills. It also provides the knowledge towards Associate professional membership.

The CIPD Associate Diploma consists of 7 modules as follows:
