The People Partnership was established in 2002 as a training and HR consultancy based at Dubai Knowledge Village. The company merged with Ibtikar Management Services in November 2014 and together has over 25 years combined corporate experience in organisation performance, HR, management and training consultancy.

The company has grown rapidly in response to the needs of organisations seeking practical, implementable people-related solutions. It is currently supporting a number of Government agencies and large organisations helping them with an array of training, development, corporate performance and HR consultancy assignments.

On the training front, the company specialises in Leadership and Management development, Personal and Interpersonal development, Human Resources development as well as Organisational Development programmes. A list of the programmes offered is shown separately below. All the training is tailored to the client’s needs and is often preceded with an analysis of the client’s requirement and assessment of the trainees’ knowledge and skill level.

Executive Education programmes are provided through our regional Strategic Partnership with Henley Business School. Recent assignments included HR programmes with Abu Dhabi General Secretariat of the Executive Council and Leadership Development and Coaching for Federal Government Directors as part of the UAE Government Leaders Programme with the Prime Minister’s Office.
