I have been in the hair and beauty industry for 25 years and have come from a strong Management background who believes in training and working in building a strong team around them. I know how to get the best out of people by working with them, and getting to know their strengths and building on them and training on their weaknesses. 
My training strengths are not only industry related but I deliver training in Management,  Business,  Customer Service and Sales. In London, I have experience in the Apprenticeship framework where I also delivered Functional Skills for 5 years (English/Maths).
I deliver increased profits, customer retention, reduced complaints, higher customer satisfaction, happier and trained staff, increased performance of staff, targets being met, policies and procedures in place for the organisation to name a few.
