I have almost 3 years of experience in health care facility and i have heard about medical coder course to enhance my skills and experience but i hold a bachelor degree in accounting so am i eligible for the course?

Yes, you are eligible for the course. AAPC which the the certifying body for medical coding approves to take the exam that is CPC to any graduates or diploma holders too.You are welcomed to visit our office.
