As a supervisor should I go with IOSH Working safely or Managing? Will working safely will be enough and useful for a supervisor?

IOSH Working Safely is designed for entry level and new employees to familiarize them on the safety at workplace rather than being specialized in safety. As a supervisor you would need the in-depth knowledge and technicality that would allow you to guide, support and manage your team.
