First of all you need to establish why you want to do HR, which part of the HR function is especially interesting to you and also what skills, knowledge or attributes do you have that make you a suitable candidate for the HR profession. Once you have understood this you can decide what it is that you are lacking; knowledge, skills, experience etc and then look for entry level HR jobs in Dubai, internship or graduate training schemes in HR or you could seek to start a course, certification, diploma or even a degree in HR to help develop the skills and knowledge you need to be successful.
