Six Sigma

Six Sigma is a set of techniques used to help improve the quality of the output of a process by identifying and removing the causes of defects and minimizing variability in manufacturing and business processes. It was founded in 1982 by Jack Welch who was working for Motorola the certification has since become patented by Motorola.

The main goal of Six Sigma is to reduce costs by saving on the manufacturing process and reach value targets such as educe process cycle time, reduce pollution, reduce costs, increase customer satisfaction, and increase profits.

There are 13 Six Sigma courses availble in Abu Dhabi that you can choose to earn your Six Sigma certification from. There are a few six sigma certifications that you can choose from such as the Six Sigma black belt certification.
