With over 23 years of experience in the industry, Joy comes with immense knowledge of the various industries in the HSE domain. Currently working with an international firm as a Sr. HSE Training Manager, he delivers training to all levels of the workforce, identifies and conducts training needs analysis. Develops training modules. Joy is adept at implementing all accident prevention techniques and leads in developing and executing a holistic OH&S program. He truly is an industry veteran who has a proven track record as a trainer in the field whose training sessions are much sought after by companies and students alike. NEBOSH International Diploma ( IDip NEBOSH) holder with twenty-five (25) years of experience in various industries in HSE field, as a Manager/ /Supdt/Engineer/Trainer/ PTW coordinator/Advisor/NEBOSH /IOSH Lead trainer in prestigious projects /institutes in India, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman & UAE – SABIC, SAUDI ARAMCO, QATAR GAS, PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT OF OMAN AND GASCO &ZADCO PROJECTS.

PRESENTLY-from 2015 onwards-working with M/S.CRESCO SAFE( Approved NEBOSH provider) as a lead HSE trainer. Prior to this assignment, had been working with M/s Petrofac International at their ZADCO project as a Sr. HSE trainer. I was in Oman with GALFAR Engineering & Contracting SAOG (PDO Contracts), as an HSE manager.

In Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia with M/s TEKFEN in an ARAMCO project (Peakmanpower of 3000) as an HSE Engineer. Earlier with M/s GAMA, in Qatar Gas 3&4 Project as HSE Supdt (Qatar Gas approved PTW coordinator) and with M/s Snamprogetti Ltd, LSTK (EPC) contractor of ARAMCO HAWIYAH, Gas Treating & Compression Facility Project (Peak manpower of 8500) as a Safety Superintend/Safety Trainer. My GCC career started with M/s NESMA Saudi Arabia, and worked with them in their various SABIC and ARAMCO projects and delivered different HSE positions.


General Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct training needs analysis, organize & deliver the training
• Develop training modules for a different level of employees
• Conducting Site Inspections and report deviations for compliance
• Monitor the HSE compliance of Offshore activities and correcting the deviations
• Implement PTW systems- and ensure compliance
• Accident investigation, analysis, and reporting
• Preparation and review of emergency action plans and other HSE documentations
• Attend meetings with subcontractors managements
• Prepare the site &Assist Audit teams for ISO 14001and ISHAS 18001
• Conduct Risk assessment and preparation of HEMP-Hazards effect Management process –(ARA) register for each activity
• Conducting safety mock drills, safety competition, &safety Inspection
• Leading in developing and implementing an OH&S program
• Preparing and implementing JSAs
• Waste management and other environmental protection procedures
