After 35 years as a business consultant around Italy and abroad, today Mr. Faraco's focus is on effective strategies for the success of organizations and in particular the opportunities offered by the development of digital and advanced business design tools. His focus is on generating solutions which leaders feel their own (because it emerges in the workshop directly from them); the growth of internal skills (individual and organizational) to be able to continue innovating within the organization whether it is to quickly validate a development choice (using Design Sprint) or co-create a real-time strategy to be carried out with simple guiding principles (with the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY) or a continuous innovation process (with Design Thinking and the Lean Startup).
