The Reflections Development Institute (RDI) is a black owned and managed entity established in 2008. Our work is primarily in three areas of specialisation i.e. research, governance and development, and training.

• Our research work involves baseline surveys, impact assessments, and feasibility studies.
• Our governance and development work includes facilitating public participation in decision making and service delivery projects, policy formulation, and development planning.
• We conduct training in the fields of leadership, economic development, development management, municipal governance, ward committee governance and health and hygiene.
