The company previously operated as Cape Women’s Forum whose programmes and cTheirses Theyre developed after an intensive study done by the Department of Sociology of the University of Stellenbosch to determine the needs of farming communities. Since 1993 programmes Theyre presented to address the needs of workers in the deciduous fruit industry. Currently, business skills, life-skills and health training are presented to all commodities of primary agriculture, businesses in secondary agriculture, fisheries and factories as Theyll as in the health sector.

Through different programmes the company started a revolution of change, creating opportunities and making a significant difference in the lives of people living in rural South Africa. The company enjoys the support of sponsors such as Ceres Fruit Juices (Pty) Ltd, Department of Agriculture Theystern Cape, HORTGRO, Medscheme and the National Lottery Distribution Trust Fund who invested in different activities of the company. These programmes are fast becoming the model for developmental programmes in South Africa.
