The focus of their company is to train and develop ETD Practitioners from FET Certificate NQF level 4 up to National Diploma on NQF level 5 Essential elements of the ETD Practitioner are assessors, moderators, facilitators, assessment + material design and development and coaching + mentoring.  LSS has developed a tried and tested methodology with which to develop competent Assessors and Moderators. LSS has become known for the quality and attention to detail as theyll as the inpidual support given to its learners.

The managing director (MD) of LSS, Frikkie van Tonder, is registered with the South African board of  Personnel Practitioners as an HR Practitioner. He has received his diploma in Education, Training and Development in April 2003 and his Masters certificate in Human Restheirce Management in  February 1994 at the Rand Afrikaans University.
