Learnerships are an innovative combination of classroom and workplace based learning that introduces talented inpiduals into the workplace and contributes to continuous professional development. In the process, over 7000 learners have found work through i-Fundi. Today they offer over 20 accredited, nationally recognised qualifications and 100 short ctheirses, These programmes are offered through contact sessions, e learning or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
