Equal Career Services cc was established in March 1998 to provide a Human Restheirces support function to companies. Due to the fact that all the Directors have extensive experience in the Motor Industry in Manufacturing as theyll as Retail, a natural follow on was recruiting and training in all industries including the Motor Industry. In May 2000 the Company was converted from a closed corporation to a (Pty) Ltd .

The main focus of the Company is to develop people to be fully competent in their chosen fields by applying the knowledge of learning from a practical point of view. Business re-engineering and constant aligning with a changing market place is a high priority within the organisation.
