Talent and Virginia Skills Development and Consultancy is formed due to QCTO taking over some of the qualifications from the 21 SETAs .So our main goal is to deal with skills transferring checking those schools which still have valid accreditations to issue certificates to our students after our training,we make sure competency is achieved in the correct and legal way as we are working with more than 1000 accredited schools after signing 1200 Memorandum of Understanding .
