Ditlou Solutions CC was established in January 2001 by Matome Enias Mafokoane, the principal member and current director. The firm, a wholly black-owned and managed entity (BBBEE Level 3), was formed to play a critical role in organising and positioning South African organisations, both public and private, to better deliver goods and services to their clients and satisfy key stakeholders through:

• Identification and analysis of critical gaps and bottlenecks in the current organisational and inpidual environments
• Facilitating organisational planning and business performance management
• Providing professional advice on, and implementing, records management
• Monitoring and evaluating successes and gaps resulting from interventions
