My role involves curating and organising immersive experiences like the Culture Field Trips, collaborating with companies to showcase their unique approaches to culture, and supporting leaders and HR professionals in learning practical strategies for enhancing team performance. I also contribute to the planning and execution of our impactful workshops and bootcamps, fostering environments where meaningful change and growth can happen.
