Use is made of prior knowledge and experience of the learners and learners are always enctheiraged to share their prior knowledge and experience to build their knowledge and skills base. Learners participate. They give what they have and take what is given as long as it adds value. Use is made of buzz groups, case studies, role plays, video shows, led discussions and discussions in plenary. To make the learning interesting and friendly, ice breakers and energizers are used.
