A Qatari-based international Energy, Concessions, and Construction company is seeking a qualified training provider to deliver professional training, examination, and certification services across multiple disciplines. The training may be conducted either in-house in Qatar or delivered online, depending on provider capability, and is intended for mid to senior-level employees from the Procurement and Supply Chain departments. The certifications requested and the number of participants for each program are as follows: Certified International Supply Chain Professional (CISCP) – 5 seats, Certified International Supply Chain Manager (CISCM) – 8 seats, ASCM Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) – 3 seats, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt – 1 seat, and Project Management Professional (PMP) – 3 seats. The primary objective of this initiative is to enhance professional competencies, strengthen leadership capabilities, and align employees with globally recognized standards in supply chain management and project execution.The estimated participation is for 20 seats across the listed certifications, and training providers are expected to outline delivery formats, schedules, and examination structures. Proposals should also specify exam fees, certification validity, renewal requirements, and available corporate discounts. Trainer credentials, organizational credentials, and any relevant case studies or success stories are strongly encouraged. The company is open to proposals that align with these requirements and expects responses at the earliest convenience. While the budget is yet to be finalized, providers are encouraged to present detailed pricing.
