SOA Academy was incorporated in 2011 in order to fulfill the requirements set up by the Council of Private Education (CPE). The Academy has successfully applied for registration to conduct the Bachelors of Science in Optometry Completion Program and the Masters of Science in Clinical Optometry which will be delivered by Pennsylvania College of Optometry, Salus University.
