A leading integrated utility service provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking a training provider to deliver an on-site training program on "Developing Scope of Work for Projects" for 15 engineering professionals at their facility. The training aims to enhance participants' skills in creating robust Scope of Work (SoW) documents, improving technical writing, and excelling in Request for Proposal (RFP) preparation.Key Training Objectives:Define the essential elements needed to develop a robust SoW.Understand the importance of SoW narratives and their interpretations in law.Improve SoW writing competency to leverage requirements for projects.Learn tools and techniques for effective SoW planning and writing.Enhance technical writing skills to ease bidder understanding and improve proposals.Excel in RFP preparation and tailor content to project-specific requirements.Requirements:The trainer must have an engineering background and prior experience delivering SoW-related training.The proposal must include the trainer's CV, which will be reviewed and approved by the proponent manager.Interested training providers are invited to submit their proposals, including detailed pricing, trainer qualifications, and course content, at the earliest.
