NETI was established on the outskirts of Dammam to serve as a training platform for professional and technical programmes needed by the labor market environment in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region to provide diploma training programmes and qualification and development courses in the fields of safety, occupational health, electronic commerce, information technology and analysis, computer use and text processing. This includes different knowledge branches such as marketing, sales, accounting, finance, management, logistics, supply chains, self-development, and development of different language skills.Founded in 2023, the Institute is one of the poles of a pioneering training and education group consisting of ITTI (2008) and the Gulf Rawabi Office for Educational and Educational Consultancy (2008), whose objectives are to serve segments of society of both genders and different age groups.
