In order to understand new cultural and social environments, it is necessary to obtain a powerful instrument of language skills to understand intercultural experiences and the domain knowledge of a completely different language and literature. Since this gives a demanding need for both practical and academic language skills, tremendous advancement of knowledge in all the different fields of study increases and the role of language centers is becoming vital to push forward the learning process taking part in the worldwide intercultural process.
