I am an IT Consultant and Instructor. I have specialisation in IT management and software engineering. My area of interest includes IT management. Since 2005, I have been working in the field and during this time-period I have gained diversified experience of delivering quality IT services (supporting services, internal and external customer-facing services) that meet the needs of the business in ICT, education, real estate, travel, healthcare and sports and specific to organisation types, operating models and technology architectures. I have global exposure of working in multicultural business environments of UAE, UK and Pakistan. I have experience of IT systems requirement analysis and development of functional systems. I am customer focused with artistic awareness and apply best practices at workplace.
I have expertise of software development life cycle specially prototyping, rapid application development and component based software engineering.
I have experience of IT service management by providing core, enabling and enhancing IT services, management of IT resources, placement of IT processes and development of IT plans, systems, policies and reports. I have also got expertise of designing, development/ customization, deployment and maintenance of websites, management information systems, elearning systems, HR, CRM and ERP systems with corporate training, presentations and support.
