The company’s state-of-the-art technology guarantees a variety of service and economic benefits, and this training initiative is aimed at strengthening employee safety awareness and technical skills.The training will be conducted in-house in Makkah and is intended for 11 employees across multiple departments, ranging from junior to senior levels. The programs requested and the number of participants for each are as follows: Scaffolding Inspector – 1 person, Scaffolding Erector & Dismantler – 3 persons, and First Aid Training (Basic) – 7 persons. The primary objective of this initiative is to enhance practical knowledge in scaffolding operations, compliance, and workplace safety, as well as to provide employees with foundational first aid skills to handle emergencies effectively.The training should be delivered at a basic to advanced level, with content and delivery adjusted for participant understanding.
