We are an EPC contractor and a service provider company. We are looking for an IMS training awareness program for our associates. The IMS training program is for our associates in our head office with an headcount of 100 associates.We are looking for your support in the following areas:• IMS awareness-All employees• Risk and Opportunities for departments-Departmental wise• Context of Organization-HOD’s & Engineer• Needs & Expectation of interested parties- HOD’s & Engineer• Leadership & Integration of business process in QMS- HOD’s & Engineer• Leadership & Commitment-HOD’s• Risk identification, Evaluation & Mitigation-HOD’s• Environmental risk assessment & register-Department wise• Root cause analysis & corrective action-Selected teams• Organizational Knowledge- Selected teams• Product life cycle and Its aspect-Impact• Change Management- Selected teams
