I have about 25 years of working experience as a practitioner in Quality and Productivity field, the first 10 years being in the Quality field, and a strong Lean believer and practitioner afterwards. I’m currently a registered consultant with Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) and a coach in the subject of Lean Production System for Malaysia Automotive, Robotics  & IOT Institute (MARii).
