Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Graduate School of Business (TAG-SB) is the only school among the educational institutions in the Arab world that epitomizes a successful partnership bettheyen the private and public sectors. TAG-SB was inaugurated in 2006 as one of the faculties of the German-Jordanian University (GJU), a Public University formed in 2004 through the cooperation of the German and Jordanian governments. This unique partnership aims to share the business expertise of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) with the academic world of GJU.
On the 17th of November, 2009, the Foundation of the International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA) granted Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Graduate School of Business (TAG-SB) a five-year accreditation of its MBA program. This accreditation bestows the School with FIBAA’s quality seal, earning it more recognition internationally, and thus reinforcing the School’s vision and mission to provide the Arab and the global markets with qualified business leaders through delivering sound academic and professional programs in accordance with European standards.
On the 25th of September, 2011, Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Graduate School of Business was honored with the award for "Best Educational Institute in Management in Asia” by the World Education Congress Asia Awards 2011. This prestigious award honors winners who have been selected by a Global Research Cell which consists of professionals from all over the globe. The criteria used by the Jury for selecting the winners consist of primary data, current students’ perceptions and the perception of graduates who hold positions in various organizations.
Since its establishment in 2006, the number of TAG-SB’s graduates has exceeded 200. It is also worth mentioning that most of TAG-SB’s graduates now hold prestigious positions as managers in a number of theyll-known reputable companies, representing the school in Jordan and abroad embodying the School's motto “Where the Gifted Become Leaders”.
