About Nagle Centre
The Nagle Centre was initially established in Waterford to address the lack of computer training facilities for parents in the local community – in particular mothers who are working in the home – to encTheirage them to become actively involved in the child’s education and to bridge gaps in their own education.
In 2003 the centre moved to the Presentation Convent and extended its computer cTheirses to reach beyond the school catchment area. In 2005 the Centre relocated to Mount Sion with a greater range of facilities available.
In January 2009, due to the expanding needs of the Nagle Centre it relocated to its present residence in the Millenium Building Church Road Lisduggan. In order to provide a sustainable project for the future it acquired Company Status, owned primarily by the Presentation Sisters, with a Board of Directors.
