In 1971 National Civil Aviation Training Organization was established to supervise and organize all  aviation training activities including MFI and Aviation Training Center . Due to the expansion of  aviation training needs to provide civil aviation entities with young graduates, specialized institutes and colleges were established in NCATO to have 4 institutes. As one of the most modernized aviation training centers, NCATO has been developed into the Egyptian Aviation Academy having three main  colleges which are ;Misr Flying College ,Air Traffic Control College and Aviation Management College Great modernization ,
