In 2003 the dream for starting We_They Experiential Consulting Solutions was in the hearts and minds of passionate and professional trainers and consultants who shared the same passion towards developing people and transforming organizations. 

In December 2006 We_They for Consulting and Training was established; to become a pioneer in Experiential Trainings in Egypt tackling team effectiveness and performance, under the leadership of the Board of Directors and the CEO. Since then Aspire has served most of the local and multinational organizations in Egypt and has had the pleasure of gaining the trust and partnership of many of its clients. 

In 2013, Aspire for Consulting and Training has changed its name to become Aspire Experiential Consulting Solutions to adopt to the diverse market need.
