This course will assist you in performing the 5 Tibetan Rites Yoga Postures as a daily practice. They are easy to do but you must do them according to the teachings of the Tibetan Masters to gain their incredible benefits. In this course you will be guided with an instruction video for each Tibetan Rite Yoga Posture followed by the Instructor doing the Rite, so can understand how to do it, see how it is done, and follow along.
This course is for anyone who would like to increase their levels of health and wellbeing. For those who would like to slow down the aging process.
This Five Tibetan Rites Yoga Postures are a perfect practice for busy people who do not have time to go to the gym or yoga school. The Rites can be performed in the comfort of your own home in around 15 -20 minutes.
Performed daily, the Rites will give you maximum benefits of increased energy levels, keeping the energy in your chakras flowing with balance.
