Welcome to our module on "Addressing problems at workplace". Healthy workplace relationships are essential to the success of any organisation. Even minor problems can develop into grievances or disputes if they're not dealt with quickly and effectively.

There are many problems that people often experience in the workplace. Be it low productivity, low confidence or security related issues. In this course, we will address some of these important problems. This course contains three sections. The first section is designed to equip you with the set of guidelines to manage yourself and your work at office. The second section dictates some tips and tricks which can help you seek attention of everyone when you are presenting your idea. And lastly, the third section is on sexual harassment prevention training, which is created with an aim to make men and women aware of all the laws, policies and the associated punishments under law.
