Course details

This course looks at the meaning of life using the 'Sphere of Mankind' as a tool. We ask and help you answer the following questions:

  • Who am I?
  • What am I
  • Why am I?

We then look at the the concepts of using principles and values to help guide and steer us through life and we negotiate the issues we face. The easy, yet profound exercise to determine your values and then linked to the very core purpose of your life.

We wrap up with a goal setting exercise that allows you to reset and plan a new direction in your life using the new learnt information. This allows you to move from living reactively to living a purposeful life that is lived forward and proactively.
