- Construct CURRENT STATE Value Stream Map of operation
- Identify and prioritize areas of improvement from a Value Stream Map
- Construct FUTURE STATE Value Stream Map of operation
- Develop Lean roadmap for an organization
Eligibility / Requirements
No prior experience is required. Participants are expected to have sufficient proficiency in English and basic numeracy skill.
