Part 1:- ILM Level 7 Certificate in Leadership and Management
The ILM Level 7 Certificate in Leadership and Management is consists of one mandatory unit that requires the learner to take a data-driven, inquiry-based approach to their management development. You will work with your tutor to examine your leadership skills and competencies, completing a leadership profiling assessment and completing a review of your skills and areas for ; You will also receive ILM membership as part of this programme.
Part 2- Level 7 Post-graduate Diploma in Strategic Business Management
Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Business Management is a comprehensive programme for senior managers and leaders of industry from any sector. This qualification highlights to any employer or business that the learner has high-level skills applicable to that which is required for senior executives in any organization. Businesses require their leaders and managers to have a keen understanding of strategic planning, strategies for motivating employees, fine-tuned leadership skills, and a good understanding of the factors that enable organisations to remain competitive and promote business ; You will cover units that attract 120 credits at masters degree ; This programme enables learners to develop such skills, as learners work through units on this programme they will develop their understanding of executive ;being resilient is and how to develop it in team ;
Part 3: Master of Business Administration (Executive) Top- Up
Once you have successfully completed part 1 & 2, you can progress onto the 3rd part, the MBA Top-up. As part of this element, you will need to complete one module and your business research project, which is supervised by Northampton University UK. You will complete 60 credits as a distance learning student with the university and have a supervisor who will support you to complete your research project.
