Course details

Microsoft StaffHub is an Office 365 application that is designed for managing rosters for staff workers. StaffHub is positioned as a solution for "deskless workers", and uses examples such as baristas, hair stylists, waiters, and bus drivers. Launching with a functional web application and mobile apps for iOS and Android, StaffHub allows managers to create rosters, assign shifts, and share files. Managers and team members can also communicate with each other using StaffHub, such as when staff need to swap shifts.

In this course, we'll show managers and employees what they need to know to use StaffHub. We begin by showing how to create a team in StaffHub, invite employees to join teams, and organize employees staff into groups. Next, we cover all the aspects of work schedules, such as how to create, modify, and view schedules to how employees can work together to cover shifts.

You'll also learn how to send messages to team members, share files with team members, and post communications using Day Notes. Finally, we'll cover how to modify StaffHub settings to customize it to your company and team.
