    Oracle-Apps HRMS is one of the vital modules in Oracle  Business suite. In the normal course, Payroll and HR departments handle and manage HR information in pockets making them duplicate systems. Evolving Businesses In the recent past have been emphasizing a need for an integrated information management system from both Payroll and HR. Oracle HRMS creates the synergy combining the two systems which in turn provide greater range functionality of the overall HR system. The system, however, has the flexibility to operate as a stand-alone solution either for HR system or a Payroll system.

    Upon the completion of the training one will be able to implement and maintaining HRIS systems for his/her organization. One will gain the knowledge and competency to advise and guide the management re HRIS administration. One will be able to offer technical support to other operational and administrative staff to use the system functionalities
