Course details

The plan is divided into 3 - one week sessions and is presented in 45 short video lectures + a full written plan! 

Week 1Is the most important. We will prepare our body and mind for long lasting results. In this step we rid ourselves of our addiction to sugar, eliminate cravings, and learn what foods cause these cravings. 

  • You will start a simple but effective daily at home exercise program and track your weight loss DAILY.
  • You will learn exactly what foods to eat and what to avoid to maximize your results. 
  • You will NOT be hungry, in fact many people find themselves actually eating more than usual as they see daily weight loss! 
  • Most people see a weight loss of 5 - 10 lbs and a loss of 2 - 4 inches from their belly this week.


Week 2: This week we will re-introduce some food items omitted from the first week strategically, to ensure we do not awaken any cravings or bad habits. 

  • We will boost our fat loss by tracking our calories with a simple and easy-to-use tracking tool. 
  • You will learn which fruits and carbohydrates are the best choices.
  • We will continue getting stronger and leaner with a more advanced at-home fighters' workout routine.


Week 3: We build upon the concepts in week 2 and lay the foundation for your future success.

  • You will learn the best ratio of macro-nutrients (carbs, protein, fat) for fat loss, and maintenance of a healthy, lean body. 
  • Start tracking your own macros to further manage weight.
  • You will learn a simple technique to boost your weight loss and improve your overall health.
  • We will build upon the previous week to so that you continue to get you into the the best shape of your life!
