When we think meditation, we often see this image of stillness and perfect silence; a practice that can sometimes seem too serious or even austere. But there are different ways to meditate, each with its own specific goal.
At the end of this workshop, you will possess different tools that will allow you to not only evolve in your meditative practice, but will also help to live in a zen and calm manner.
NOTE: It is important that you practice in silence without music so that you can experience fully the meditative effect in each meditation. Though music can help beginners to focus , the goal is to be able to tame and master silence, from which comes our choice of not using music in this product.
