Course details
One of the more compelling issues that a project manager needs to deal with is a constant reminder to do more with less. It's a challenging feat unless you've learned how to engage sponsors and stakeholders to ensure the appropriate level and types of resources required are available when needed. In this course, you will see how the project manager and team use the Estimate Activity Resources process to help determine resource requirements in the form of cost or time. You'll also learn how to formulate the Human Resources Management Plan.
