The Risk Management in Healthcare course aims to provide a good understanding of risk management in healthcare. The course will examine risks associated with healthcare, concepts, practices and tools that can be used to predict, identify, and control risks in today's highly complex healthcare system.
It consists of an insight into healthcare risk management and the techniques and tools available to proactively reduce and control these risks. In addition to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), the course will examine risk assessment techniques that can be used to quantify and priorities risks.
