(High Intensity Interval Training) moves) to trim and tone you as if you went to the gym and worked out vigorously for 2 hours!
This is well proven by science. Olympic runners and athletes use it for training all the time. I do these practices every day for an average of 16 minutes, and I am far more strong and sculpted than when I used to overdo it for 1-2 hours a day!
This program is focused toward those students who are decently strong already (you can carry groceries, and sit down on the floor no problem, no major wrist, spine, shoulder or knee issues), want to move more to build strength and don't have major injuries or limitations--and also those who already have a regular yoga or fitness practice.
BUT:
If you have more physical issues, you can aim to do the movements that you CAN do, in your own way, or do less than what I'm doing, or just put on the daily video, do what you are able to, and when you're not--just dance around! Anything you can do, even if it's not exactly what I'm doing, can lead you to better health and more mobility and strength.
