Course details

This program will give you the tools and techniques you need to reach your goal of becoming a non-smoker. It consists of five videos totalling over 50 minutes of specific instructions. Included are an instruction booklet, fill in the blank worksheets, "CUE" cards, two specially-prepared creative visualization exercises and the full recording of the instructional videos. You can download the workbook, worksheets and "CUE" cards to fill in and use as instructed. Download the visualization exercises to your MP3 player to listen to each day, morning and evening. Download the full instructional recording to listen to as often as you like.

One of the key ingredients in this program is the concept of learning and developing a specific skill: the ability to control your response to a cigarette craving.

When you are able to respond successfully to a weak craving to smoke, your confidence goes up. As you learn more about your habit and develop your skills, you are able to respond successfully to all the cravings you experience. When you can do this, you will have learned that you really can set a goal and achieve it, no matter how difficult.
