    Summary: In this lesson you will learn techniques to empathize with others. Using the powerof nonverbal language you'll learn to click with anyone you have a conversationwith.

    Summary:Through a role-play exercise based on Viktor Frankl's experience of survival in Naziconcentration camps, you'll improve your ability to be your own leader (self-awareness, self-control, self-confidence, self-reliance) as a basis for managingpeople, being committed, and developing your ability to become a strong leader.
